To do the extra-credit quiz as a form you need Adobe Reader XI (http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=JZEFU). You'll need to download the quiz and open it in Reader XI. If you prefer not to install and use this version of Adobe Reader, you can just type your answers into an e-mail addressed to me at gordonl@wsu.edu.
